When the Need for Restoring a Military Registration Document Arises
The restoration of an MRD is carried out in cases when the primary document:
- has been lost or stolen;
- has been damaged to a state that makes its use impossible;
- has been destroyed as a result of combat operations, fire, or an emergency situation;
- contains substantial errors that cannot be corrected by means of an ordinary data update.
