Poland’s aid package may include several missiles for the Patriot system. Deliveries are planned to be coordinated with NATO and the United States.
Commander of the Operational Forces of the Polish Armed Forces General Ireneusz Nowak confirmed that it involves a small number of missiles, the exact figure of which remains classified.
It is known that the aid package was agreed upon during a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group (Ramstein format), which was held online on September 8, 2026.
At the same meeting, aid to Ukraine was also announced by other partners: Germany — Patriot interceptor missiles and weapons for F-16s, the United Kingdom — £100 million for weapons through PURL, the Netherlands — $300 million for drones, Norway — $200 million for Patriot missiles, Sweden — $28 million, Lithuania — $10 million, Spain — €2 million for fuel.
